Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order at no cost before we start preparing it. Once preparation begins, the order cannot be cancelled because items are made fresh on demand.
To cancel: call the selected branch or message us via the Contact page within minutes of the order confirmation.
Something wrong with your order
If you received the wrong item, your order is incomplete, or you cannot eat it due to a quality issue, please contact us within 2 hours of pickup or delivery.
Depending on the case, we will remake the item, send a replacement, or refund the amount as credit for your next order or in cash.
How refunds are paid
- Paid in cash on delivery: refund in cash on your next branch visit, or by bank transfer after verification.
- Card payments (when available): refunded to the same card within 5–10 business days, subject to the issuing bank.
- Store credit: applied to your account immediately and usable on your next order.
Non-refundable cases
We cannot refund orders that have been fully consumed, orders reported after the window above, or orders cancelled after preparation has started.
How we get in touch
We reply to messages within one business day. For urgent issues with a live order, call the branch directly.
